I finished second at the table #435226811 and BGA took a point away from me in the platinum league. I reported it and never received a response

Depending who you lose to and who you beat, lsoing a platinum point for second is entirely possible. In any case, that wouldn't be a 6nimmt bug, but an Arena bug.
