I made the game with a new device and email. Now it is showing SFTP permission denied, Tried with different computers.

Why is this happening. A blank project SFTP connection declined. [1.studio.boardgamearena.com]. Timed out while waiting for handshake. Cannot get this account back. Who should I contact, What should I do.

Hello,
if you want more direct contact with devs and dev-related admins, you might consider using the discord channel "bga-developers" (see
https://discord.com/invite/YxEUacY or
https://en.doc.boardgamearena.com/Contact_BGA_Studio).
You will see that sometimes BGA gets upgrades or changes that breaks some things until they fix it (at FR time...).
You can search on Discord or on the wiki (
https://en.doc.boardgamearena.com/Troubleshooting) for a specific error message that others already had.
PS : if you find some expert ready to help, you can sharescreen on discord...
