Has anyone else noticed on the Play Now screen that there are some that will start multiple (4-5) new games at one time? All of the variants are exactly the same, as are the player count and game speed. Exact duplicates. (I understand doing this if there is some variance between game options.)

I have noticed, especially with Planet Unknown, people doing this, and it fills up my feed. It started recently, and I was just curious if others have seen this and what may be causing it.

Probably people not realising that it worked the first time because the display keeps shifting and jumping around all over the place and so they keep retrying and creating more new tables without realising it. It even happened to me at first, I think, when I was pushed into the new lobby and didn't understand what I was looking at or what was happening.

LOL This made me laugh, but it was true!

I also agree, Stu, that the way that list jumps can be mind-boggling. I cannot tell you how many times I have hit JOIN on the wrong game! I really wish something could be done about that. (like adding new games to the bottom instead of the top.)

Is this for turn-based? Maybe they want to have several game tables running and play them at the same time? For real-time games it doesn't really make sense, I agree.

No it is in Real Time. Yes, it doesn't make sense at all.

It might be they are just struggling with the new lobby. There are several bug reports about unintentionally opening several tables at once by the new lobby. The games in your screenshot were all started at exactly the same time, so I think it's very likely to be one of these. (Since this didn't happen to me, I don't know if this is really a bug or a handling problem.)

Multiple new tables like that are almost certainly someone doing it accidentally with the new lobby. I've had it happen myself and I've been using BGA forever. It can be confusing because you don't even realize you're making lobbies.
