How is it possible discard a card, without playing it, during on line game? When I played once, I was not able to let game understand that I wanted to discard the card, without playing it!

The only way to discard cards by yourself is at the end of your turn if you have more cards cards than your current hp pool.
Cards that recovers hp can also be played even if no one recovers hp. Except that, you can't. And it's logic, otherwise Suzy would be too strong
