Can something be done about the "gray" color of the "dark" side of the planet not perfectly blending in with the "gray" color of tech tiles? The planet doesn't need to have its sun on the left side in the online version. Playing the game on a phone or tablet can be quite difficult for the visually impaired.

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), passed in 1990, doesn't have any rules governing compliance of websites. It certainly has no such rules governing compliance of European websites.

Maybe the request would be better phrased as a soft suggestion? It's certainly not a compliance issue. At any rate, Tisaac has already responded with your technical solution.
