There is no easy way to check the current number of mistakes. Perhaps having to remember the number of the mistakes is part of the game. Perhaps players will play more cautiously if they are able to see 2 mistakes visible.

The misfire count is visible with the background where the suits are placed. The area starts blue and a third of it is turned to its red side every time there is a misfire
