All games: improved Quit message with zombie players

the current Quit dialog doesn't allow me to tell if I'm still in a real game, or in a zombie game, and if there will be a penalty for leaving or not
would be nice to have some sort of indicator (e.g. "(No leave penalty)" on the Quit option as well), if the game already has a zombie player
