What to do if a game is broken?

I'm currently in a game (table #440986401) and every time I try to load it hangs at "Application loading..." I can't even report a bug from this screen as the BGA interface is nonfunctional.

It's probably a bug with the game itself for some reason. It's behaving the same for me, so definitely something broken.
If you have access to the menu, you can propose to collectively abandon, otherwise, you just leave it and hopefully it will be fixed.
