Board Game Arena

I am trying to figure out how a player with 20pts at the end won the game as it reports 45pts yet there is no moves giving them 25pts in the last turn. Table: https://boardgamearena.com/8/spacebase?table=446668675
So, I came in 3rd and that is fine if it is correct, but it is odd as I had 36pts and was in second with the last turn. I am sure I am missing something just really odd.

Without even looking at the game I'm extremely confident that they had the "You win" card for slot 12 that requires 3 to 5 cubes depending on the number of players.

Odin - Fodder Deus activates [S] 8.
Odin - Fodder Deus gains 5 [G].
Odin - Fodder Deus bought a Colony Card for sector [S] 1.
Odin - Fodder Deus gains 3 [P].
puddinhead activates [S] 8.
puddinhead gains 2 [G] and 1 [C].
puddinhead uses 1 [C] to add [C] to [S] 12.

ahh... i missed that card in the play... that makes total sense... i figured it was something easy i missed... thanks everyone. it was a good match.
