Finished game still in progress

Like the title mentions. The game is finished but it’s still in progress for me. I tried to ‘unblock’ but that didn’t help. Bug is filed to devs but I’m not sure if they are going to address this anytime soon. Does someone have a suggestion to unblock this game? It’s part of a tournament that’s not able to proceed because of this.
