How good are Queens top?

How good are Queens top?

Hi,
Do you put any value on the fantasy round with Queens top?
Or are Queens and Jacks top pretty close in value?

(for those who doesn't know, Queens top give you a fantasy round with 14 cards, Kings top with 15 cards, and Aces top or better 16 cards)
