REQUEST: toggle on/off tile borders

In end game it might be important to see if a certain tile has been used already by the players, however the tiles get merged together when placed on the board, so it would be nice to have a toggle to highlight momentarily the tile borders so we can scan all the boards to look for that specific tile

Isnt it already possible in the settings ? I know i made it during developpment but not sure if i left it or not.

I might be blind but I cannot find that option in the settings.
