Im 'hammerin'. The game will not let me play my 3rd worker to claim the Herbivore Conservation Project four spot.

With the help of two X's (to make 5X) trying to claim the 4 spot on the Herbivore Conservation Project. I have three placed animal cards with one Herbivore icon each. I have one placed Sponsor card (Okapi Stable) with a herbivore icon. A total of 4 herbivore icon's from placed cards. the Herbivore Conservation Project says "Requires Herbivore incons in your zoo." Does the herbivore icon on the Okapi Stable Sponsor card count as "in your zoo"? If it does, then anyone see why I cannot claim the Herbivore Conservation Project 4 spot? Thanks.
