Board Game Arena

After the first combat cards a shown, what is the order BGA ask each player for a possible second (Heimdalls eye/gaze) play? Is it turn order, the pillager, the player left of the pillager, all at the same time, or something else?

I am pretty sure it is on the correct order (active player - the one who initiated the battle - first, then around the table).
