Board Game Arena

Hi, I was wondering what Would happen if two players need to go to a city and somebody blocks the only way there. So player A Places train station at the beginning of the route that has been blocked AND then player B Places train station at the end of the route that has been blocked. Which one gets the route? Player A or B? Or it depends on who Is first player AND second player

The blocker has the road.
And the 2 others players can use this road with their own station.
The 4th and 5th players can’t use this road. They must use others roads to do the same journey!
