How can I move my checkers in backgammon? I can not understand how to pick the checker or the die I want to play< Could someone to give me the instructions please?

The dice are automatically rolled at the beginning of your turn.
To move a checker, you first click on the checker and then click on the spot you want to move it to.

Make sure you try to move your checkers, and not the opponent's
