What happens when an egg laying bird power is targeting a full nest?

When you turn on automated activation of a lay an egg power that can lay eggs on other birds, you have to choose which bird to lay an egg on. At the time you do that, it only allows you to choose birds that have spaces for more eggs. However, after another turn, the bird you picked may have a full nest. If you don't do anything to change the bird power, what happens the next time it is activated?

I _hope_ that it automatically reverts to "pause" mode, so you get to choose where to lay the egg. But I've been pretty careful to avoid this situation, by always pausing and unpausing those birds before any nest they were targeted at fills up. So I don't actually know what would happen if I forgot to do that, and didn't see anything that explains it.

That's exactly what it does.

Thanks! Means I don't have to worry.

Is there a way to reassure other players, who won't know to look at the forum (I think most players don't use the forums) ?

Maybe the message that says "if activated, [birdA] will automatically lay an egg on [birdB]" could be modified to add something like "if [birdB] has no more space for eggs, you will be prompted to choose another bird"
