How are legend cars regularly moving 19 spaces?

I’ve seen this happen many times and I can’t tell if this is a bug or if the AI became sentient and started cheating lol
You’d have to have 3 fives in your hand and one four or a lucky pull on a stress card... given I’ve never had more than five in my hand at once, I’m declaring shenanigans
On beginner level no less argh

Good question! The legends are handled using a separate deck. The "Advanced Play" rulebook details how this works

But the basic idea is legend cars are either approaching a corner or handling a corner. When they are approaching a corner they have high speed but when they are handling corners they move slower.

Very few games have COMPLETE rules on their page here on BGA. However, there are links to the official rules and/or pdfs.
