Board Game Arena

I was waiting for an arena game of 7 Wonders. When it started, it did not do so automatically but was waiting for me to click "accept". I did so, but the game did not start - a message said that another player had declined to start. But then a couple of minutes later I got a notification that I'd been expelled from the game. Apparently it did start after all.

There are several problematic things here. I shouldn't have to click "accept" in arena games. That's a bug I see from time to time, reported ages ago, but nothing done about it. If a player declines to start (even when they should not have that option) then the game should not start. For the system to tell me the game has not started but then allow me to be expelled from it is very annoying.

Is there some way to request that the penalty I got be cancelled?
