which player has more advantage? first attack or pick?

I used to think the first pick position is better, but a few games recently have changed my mind.
Late game could be real fast, like 15+ dmg a turn. given the max HP is only 50, the first attack position is more likely to use the advantage of Single-use high cost spell like Crushing Blow or fury.

to my astonishment this game is still incredibly balance. opponent wouldn't win with 15+HP in most games

what do you think? or your statistics?

I've gone back and forth on this.

At this moment BGA stats suggest first attacker is slightly advantaged, but that seems to switch back and forth every couple weeks. Analysis of win rates with the app tended to show first choice as slightly advantage. I honestly don't know which is truly better.

For me personally, my BGA stats suggest I do much better as first attacker (80% win rate as first attack vs 70% win rate as first choice), but I significantly prefer/enjoy playing when I have first choice. I find first choice gets to set the tone of the game. Your opponent must always draft in reaction to your chosen strategy.

I agree with Cban, Is better to be the one in control, also you can set up better for combos when you are first, but I do not have premium to know exactly the data of which is actually better in my case haha
