Hello everyone, it is time! Registrations are officially open for Chattanooga's US Open! Just like years past it will be held at the Charles Coolidge National Medal of Honor Heritage Center in downtown Chattanooga, TN. Dates will be June 8-9 for the tournament, as well as the option to play either D-Day Landings or a Sam Wilderspin created 4-player Battle of Bastogne map on Friday for those that get in early and want even more Memoir. Feel free to message me with questions!
Tournament format is 6 matches (2 games, one from each side) over 2 days. Pairings will be Swiss rounds, so after the first random draw you will be playing someone at your approximate skill (or luck) level.
Registration includes 3 days admittance to the Heritage Center, which is an excellent museum highlighting the Medal of Honor history, as well as several local recipients of the award. Plenty of other local activities are also available, from free live music on Friday nights (Nightfall, look it up, it's pretty fun!), minor league baseball, and lots of history (museums, battlefields, etc!) Make it a vacation and bring the family
