Board Game Arena

Hey!

I've only recently started playing TTR in Arena mode and I was wondering how the scoring works for Arena.

On a number of occasions I've noticed that winning a game doesn't give you any points and/or that the points are relatively random in terms of what is given. I just won a game where I had I won (101 to 73) but gained 0 Arena points.

Would someone be able to explain how the points system works for TTR arena?

Apologies if this has been asked before; I looked on the forum but couldn't find an answer.

Rule is clear, but a bit disappointing that in Diamond League really often you play games for which the best case is to gain 0 point...

The important thing to remember, though, is that your ultimate ranking (assuming you plan to ultimately get to Elite level) is based on your EAS score (Elite Arena Ranking).

EAS is basically an "arena season only" ELO score. When you get those wins that don't give you any points to get out of your current tier (like diamond), you ARE earning EAS in the background.

In other words, as long as you eventually make it to Elite level, those wins still count and are raising your final rank if you care about that.
