BGA element functionality

For past couple of weeks it's been slow, unresponsive and formatting has been off. Are they working on it to update it or what is going on? I have usually around 30-60 turn based games going on at once and like to go through my turns quickly when needed, but the functionality prevents me from doing so quickly. BGA should allow an option of longer play times or else fix the issues, please.
