When BGA announcements/banners (eg like this arena message) give a time please can it also state which timezone they are using. This would help avoid confusion.

1300 and 1700 where?

I thought BGA used Paris time (UTC+1) but Arena went on a lot longer than 13:00 Paris time. I ask and someone tells me it is using US time and I have time to play more games. I'm rather bitter as I play a game and just dropped out the top 20 in Next Station where I would not have played the match if I'd known the end was mere minutes away.

I see 14:00 and 18:00, so it's probably adjusted to your timezone

So different players see different times, hence the need to state which time zone.

I think if it's not stated it means it's in yours. Same for tournaments.
