Add an explanation for RT

RT=Red Thumbs.
Hello,
I think it would be nice to give the possibility for the player who gave a red thumb to add a reason to it (and make it optionnal).
Maybe after giving it you got a link to click which add a section where you can write whatever.
It could be things like 'you talk too much', 'you are bad', 'f*** y**', 'I hope you stop saying insults'.
At the minimum it could be shown when a player reach the threshold of 10% or 20% of RT.
Maybe shown in the profile of the person who RT.
Maybe shown immediately when the player connect 'Someone RT you with the reason X' (but for some players never knowing they got RT could be better for them so meh).
It could be abused for sure, but I believe it could be positive.
