Not sure if this is a bug - so testing if there's anyone else involved.

When I enter a move on the game, it hangs - but has completed it when I refresh the page. Happening for anyone else?

Yes, and there are already two different threads currently on the first page of Discussions talking about it. Go back to Discussions and read the thread "Move Recorded, Waiting for Update" or "Servers Down?"

It also says "Bug Fixed" - but it's still happening. I wasn't sure if it was connected.

Not sure where you are seeing "bug fixed", since you didn't link to anything. Problems much like this one have happened before most recently in August 2023 when it was happening to everyone all over the site for I think a couple of weeks. They _did_ fix it, so a bug about it from then did get marked fixed. But there have been incidences of this same problem earlier in the past also, and several other bugs.

When this started happening again recently (January 2024) I opened a new bug about it: https://boardgamearena.com/bug?id=110033

That one is not marked fixed.
