Polar Bear Exhibit

Is there a way to flip the orientation for the special building on polar bear exhibit? I can rotate it but not flip the orientation. Not sure if it's one-sided in the physical game or not.

All special buildings from sponsor cards are single sided. They're supposed to be "harder" to place.
