ELO reducer for consecutive wins reducing ELO for a player I don't even have a win streak against

I was going to post this in bugs, but there's no good heading to report this under, as it's not a game related issue, and none of the website issues to report relate to this.
Since the update am I getting an ELO reducer for consecutive wins for people I don't even have consecutive wins against.

I lost to Twinkle_Toes in the 1st game, yet the next game when I beat him I am getting ELO reduced for a consecutive win streak I don't even have?
