Remove victory point immediate tally up

There are many board games where the tallying up of points in the real world happens at the end when all players count their tokens, or whatever constitutes a point, and the winner is not truly known until that point. OK it may be obvious who's winning in many cases but still the final tally up is part of the fun at the end of those games. For example Forest Shuffle. BGA tallies the points as it goes along and takes away that final jeopardy in a close game.
Would it be better to simulate games of this nature exactly as the board game for the same experience. I.e. only reveal the final points at the end of the game?
I personally think so.
Or..
Add it as a setting.

You should write it as a suggestion for concerned games. Some games already have an option for this.

The setting is already there for you to turn off. I agree that it should automatically be turned off though.

That's not universally true. As previously stated, some games already offer this. The scoring is implemented on a game-by-game basis, so the best solution is to submit suggestions for the games that don't offer it.
