Board Game Arena

I'm trying to learn to play this on solo and I'm having trouble understanding how to follow the scoring. The rules say something about when the two track tokens cross or adding appeal to a number under your conservation track, but the tracks aren't set up opposing and I see no small numbers. Is this an issue with playing on mobile or is there something I'm missing??

also, you can just keep track of your score, once you reach 100, it means the tracks have crossed.
