Here is the Game Sequence, exactly as shown in game. Note that my turns were by the game and not by me. Note that I still have 2 Days game play, so wouldn't have been skipped. *Note that names removed to keep anonymity.

Player 1 (me) draws 1 summer visitor card(s)
Player 2 draws 1 winter visitor card(s)
Player 3 draws 1 winter visitor card(s)
Starting season Winter
*Note that I am in the first player position
Player 1 gets +1 Lira
Player 1 gets +1 Lira
Player 1 gets +1 Lira
Player 1 gets +1 Lira
Player 1 passes
Player 2 harvests field 1
Player 3 fills an order...
etc

Note that it placed all 4 of my meeples on gain +1 Lira all at once, and then passes me for the rest of the round. How is this even possible in the game?

That can only happen if you passed in Winter. If you accidentally click pass at the beginning of winter all your remaining meeples automatically get placed on the +1 liras spot immediately. All of them on that one click.
