A log viewer is an external program that visualizes the gameplay and makes you read it like a logfile/storybook with all cards visible

Replay with all cards visible is heavily needed.

I would love that, too. And I had even started implementing it at some point. But it is a fair amount of work, because you essentially have to re-implement the entire game play outside of the standard BGA replay. And since I am currently the only developer on Tichu, the effort is currently stalled. :-/

I agree it would be great to have that for watching replays, but we appreciate your effort with tichu in general all the same.
