Board Game Arena

I think it would be a great idea if BGA could partner with an online retailer so that if you find a game you like here, you can purchase a physical copy to play with friends offline. As an example, I've found that I really enjoy playing "Can't Stop" and want to buy it so I can play with friends who don't game online. I came to the game page and looked for a place to buy and it's not there. This means I have to move traffic to another webiste to make a purchase. If the ability was on the site, I would have been able to acquire the game and not leave the site. This likely would lead to me playing more games.

I see this as win, win, win for BGA, the game publishers, and the players. More revenue for the publishers, more playtime on the site for BGA, and ease of use plus bolstering BGA's reputation with the players. Perhaps some day it can happen. I love the site and have played games I'd have never looked at playing but want to acquire now.

Any thoughts from other players or interested parties for this?

Another thought, perhaps sell a digital copy on BGA so the user can be premium for that game if they don't want the whole subscription.

Wow, I played a game and at the end game screen it wasn't there. I am not finding it and might only be available for premium subscribers. If it's like that for all games, its not very productive. I would think on the end game screen or on the games main page have a link. Since it already exists somewhere on the site this would make it easier since they would only have to move it or replicate it in one or two more areas.

Thanks for looking into it and finding that it's at least sort of a thing already.
