Screen Resolution - Viewport Changed - Magnified View

A couple of weeks ago, when I logged in to BGA using my Samsung Galaxy laptop and Chrome, the resolution of the BGA webpages was very different. Every thing looked zoomed in and highly magnified.
I logged in using a different device to check my settings, but I couldn't find a place in my BGA profile where I could (or had) adjusted the view setting to zoom in.
It looks as though, when using Chrome, BGA now reads this laptop as if it's a small mobile device, a phone. The problem with this (besides a blurry screen and weird layout) is that I can't scroll in this mode, so I can't access some key game functionality.
Has anybody else had this problem?
I looked in my Chrome browser settings, and couldn't find a setting there that would do this, either.
