show own name for friends to better know which friend is online

Normally you only see the Username and they are often very fantastic but not a plain name. For each user you can set your own comment. Is it perhaps possible to see the own comment (or a special / new field where I can set my own name for each user) and let it show in the mouse over by the user name or picture? To have it easier to see, with which of my friends I interact. I hope you understand what I mean.
