Is the 2pt cartographer scoring

Every 2 player game I play when I choose the 2pt guy cartographer. I never get any points ? Any one else notice this

I am not sure what you mean by "2pt guy cartographer".
Whichever player played a cartographer most recently gets the treasure map, which gives you 1 point at the end of each turn.
When you play a navigator, you immediately get 2 points for each cartographer you have in play.

Just played in tourney and it gave points. Will try regular game to see if I get points. Is there a way to remove my thread?
