Board Game Arena

I know I got expelled from a game. I was online at the time. The site opens an arena game in the background while I was playing a turnbased game. I don't need a smug splash screen popping up on every page demanding my acknowledgment. Why do I have acknowledge this 5 times now, and counting? Is the server not logging the responses? It's getting really annoying.

None of the options give me the opportunity to select "BGA still haven't acknowledged or resolved a long term issue" - see bug report here: https://boardgamearena.com/bug?id=14271 which has been open since 2020 and still goes unacknowledged.
