ELO top 100 listing

Hi!
I can't find a way to get the top 100 players, based on ELO, for a game listed. Is there one? I can see the numbers showing on individual players with high ELO, showing their rank, but no way to see all of top 100 in a list.
If it's not implemented i like to suggest it. It's easy to access the top 100 players in the arena currently, so why not ELO? The top players in the arena often have high ELO as well, but in many games the players with the highest ELO don't show up in the top spots of the arena.
