Yes now I'm afraid to play on BGA. I'm afraid my account is corrupted. I'm afraid that when I play again, that I will lose more points or karma due to the game's problems.
Last week I played two games of Catan, there were two problems with the interface in my two games. The first part the interface froze and in the second part the game server went offline. Until now, I had perfect karma, and ranked a good player around 250 pts. Because of the game's problems, I lost more than 100 pts and my karma dropped to average, it's frustrating!
Is there a way to get a review of the games I played, if so how to do it?

You played like 8XX games of Catan, and now you're frustrated about 2 of them?
What about the 79X other games?

On the whole there is not much to worry about. Your ELO will return naturally, 2 losses won't really make too much difference.
You are still allowed to search and join games, no matter what your karma reputation.

If the interface goes a bit wrong, then use the F5 key to refresh your web browser page. If there is a genuine server outage for a period of time, then all penalties are automatically wiped.

If you're really afraid of penalties, play with friendly mode, so no time limit and no penatiles. But just playing should set you back on track soon

Also if it is someone else's turn for a long while, I've learned to also hit refresh as it's very possible the problem has happened in letting you know it's your turn again. This doesn't happen very often (even for me, who really doesn't play much real-time), but just an FYI.

But I wouldn't fear playing due to this - if you play quite a bit, your karma recovers pretty quickly. I've never had an issue with errors that hasn't been recovered easily by just continuing to play my normal games.

You should really not care about imaginary internet points. No-one cares about yours either.
