Achievement Lists

Does anyone know if there is a way to see a list of all players with a particular achievement badge, or a number.
I know clicking on the achievement in your profile gives you a list of people who have recently achieved it, but I'm looking for a complete list (particularly for the badges for 200, 300 Elo etc, which give a broader picture than the simply Elo ratings of active players).
