I'd love it if someone could explain how I would determine the purple/circle number at this solo table:

I've figured that blue is < 3 AND blue = yellow AND there are more even than odd so...blue & yellow = 2, right?

How am I supposed to determine purple's number? It's not 3 because of verifier B but otherwise...I'm stumped.

B determins if you have a 3. Most likely you have one 3 so your answer is 223.
