Why during breeding BGA doesnt have everyone 'reorganize' at the same time?

Why during breeding BGA doesnt have everyone 'reorganize' at the same time?

Seems like it would speed things up a bunch, especially in turn based games, why not harvest, feed and reorganize all at once? By which I mean all players go at the same time instead of one organizing, then the next organizing etc...

Because there are many cards that change things during the harvest - you can't force people to act simultaneously when their actions depend on other players' choices.
