Board Game Arena

Goodday,
I finally found the time to go though the developer tutorials and want to build one relativly simple boardgame from way back (1988 or so), but this game is not in the available license list.
It's called Pyramids (https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/1252/pyramidis)
Can i go ahead and start development?
How can i get a license or can BGA support on this?

Reach out to the publisher and ask if they (a) still have rights to the game and (b) would grant a BGA license for playing it here.

It might be easier to get an answer from the game designer as there have been no re-printing for a very long time...
