Board Game Arena

Is there any chance of Space Base expansions in the future? I know they have a campaign (of sorts) but some new cards and mechanisms would be great.

Literally only got on the forums to vote for this.

Space Base is great as a base game, but the amount of stuff added in the expansions NEEDS TO BE ADDED! even just Shy Pluto alone has much more ship abilities.

Have options to not use plutonium as well.

Right now Space Base suffers from an issue with not having enough strong cards to be a balanced match.. The strategy is to wait for your opponents buy less efficient ships and you just simply wait for a good one, like a left/right arrow, get X cards, or the dreaded and useful - opponents loose 4vpand buy 2 cards .

If there was more strong cards, it'd feel less RNG and more strategy and also oppourunities..

What can I do to help request the expansions? they would be so fun without having to think them out myself all the time lol! Auto rolling plutonium would be a dream.. So many times players forget lol.

It's possible for expansions to be implemented. Whoever takes over maintenance from me would need to get permission from the game designer and publisher. The game designer is definitely interested in getting the latest Genesis expansion onto BGA.

I wish I was a better developer.

I have reached it to see if I can help, I’m a developer though haven’t done anything or BGA, but if all goes well, perhaps I could make it happen.

I really like this game, I just bought the Shy Pluto expansion and started playing it with my friends IRL.

Space base Genesis would be the best expansion to add. Since it's a new release I don't foresee that happening.

Shy Pluto would still be great though.
