Hi all. If all players have equal military power, then in the outbreak of war, all players lose one meeple? Or, on the contrary, no one loses a meeple?

page 13 of the rules
Compare the military strength of all players. The player
with the least military strength sacrifice 1 worker. If
there is more than one player with the least military
strength , all of these players sacrifice 1 worker.

The fact of the matter is that this point of the rules can be interpreted in different ways. After all, if ALL players have the same strength, then they all have both the greatest military power and the least military power. And therefore they may or may not lose meeples.

If everyone has the same military power, then everyone has indeed both "the most" AND "the least".
So everything that applies to people "with the least military power" applies to them and they loose 1 worker during wars.
And everything that applies to people "with the most military power" also applies to them, so , for instance, they can earn VP by using "Conquest' (You do need at least 1 military power though, that is explicit in the rules)
