How to create an unranked tournament? (does not affect ELO)

Hi all,
I see the tournament FAQ says all normal game options are available when creating tournaments. I'm creating an Ark Nova tournament in the Swiss system, but do not see a relevant option. Can someone please clarify whether unranked is available, and if so, where the setting is? Thanks!
