I'm quite convinced I've seen her trigger more than once, in several matches and different games, sometimes even when she is on the bench, not the "active" card.
I only play solo with auto-play on. Thats as much info as I can say I think, hope it helps.

It's extremely unlikely. If you ever notice it again, just copy and paste the match log from next to the park, and post it in a thread here.

Nevermind, I was getting confused by the necro-robot who does the same for the opponent (you, in this case). Its the first time it shows up in a game where I don't have a necromancer, and before it had always happened after my own had been drawn. Sorry about this.
