The US version has the 1910 expansion. The extra tickets in 1910 greatly improve the game, and 1912 does almost as much for Europe.

Agreed 1912 makes a big difference, I really hope it comes through as it does balance out the game significantly

I actually think its almost unplayable with out the 1912 expansion. The extra tickets go a long way and make the game both more fun, unpredictable and balanced, But the problem is that the BGA is going g by the rulebook and therfore if you play mega 1912 you must choose the long tickets before even looking at the other tickets, I have always played by the houserule that you look at the long and short ticket togheter. So yeah,

But we desperately need the 1912. Its such a gamechanger!

Yeah I've always played the physical game with the expansion cards. It's so predictable with only 6 long routes in the base game. We really need expansion cards!
