When you have a 30 games played in any game, your win -33% of ELO points that when you've 30 games or less.
This system benefits players who can play the game before being published in BGA. A good player won lot of points at first 30 games and after it lose -33%, but a bad player lost lot of points and to recover their ELO rank they should play lot of games (because when you've +30, you win -33% ELO points).
