1. order units - select the units that you want to use this turn[/li]
2. move units - move the units around, finishing the movement of one unit before moving another.
3. combat
   • the attacker indicates which ordered unit will combat
   • the defending player indicates whether they want to play an ambush for that specific engagement
     • if the defender plays an ambush, the defender rolls first
     • if the attacking unit is still in the same place, it can still attack
   • if no ambush, then roll an attack roll
